Pack 1478 Responsibility Waiver

I _______________________ understand that I and persons I am responsible for, are responsible for being on time and having the proper paperwork for travel during the Niagara Falls/Buffalo Naval Encampment Trip. This includes all items and schedules defined in the Naval Encampment Booklet. I understand that if for any reason I, or any persons I am responsible for, are not in the proper location at the specified time, or do not have the proper paperwork, that I and persons I am responsible for will forfeit any fees paid to the pack. If I and persons I am responsible for are taking the busses provided by the pack, and if I and any persons I am responsible for are not on time for any reason at pick-up places, I understand the busses and the pack may leave without me and the persons I am responsible for. I also understand that I and the persons I am responsible for are required to find my (our) own transportation to the next part of the trip, if I (we) wish to continue the trip.
